Zbig Skiba is the president of Skiba Consulting, Ltd.

Zbig was born in London, England, to parents who had emigrated from Poland. He grew up in the Humboldt Park area of Chicago, a difficult urban neighborhood. Zbig's exposure to career opportunities and interests was limited, and he ended up in a career for which he did not have a passion. It was not until he began to work with entrepreneurs, impact enterprises, non-profits, and sustainability leaders that he felt he was in the right place -- working with other people who wanted to change the world. Zbig now enjoys encouraging and enabling impact entrepreneurs of various stripes to thrive in their chosen endeavors.
